James Sexton is the creator of RTE’s hit show Ireland’s Fittest Family. This prime time show started on RTE 1 in January 2014, and the Fittest Family Format is currently running in 7 Countries internationally. James is a production consultant on the show.

James currently has some new formats and projects in development, so watch this space! James also does audience warm-up and has become FOX Networks go-to warm-up act for the USA.
